Tricky as there's not many around. Generally in UK £300-350 is a fair price for a rarer older nice steel track frame, as you know you can get them for less too if lucky, but if he/she won't budge and has lots of patience...

This Ron Cooper track frame is back up for sale , seller's flipping a mega bargain but not too bad a price considering what he / she tried to flog the wheelset for .
