I DGAF about what is or isn't Oktoberfest. My only question has to do with "Bavarian Smoked Cheddar". Do Bavarians really smoke cheddar? Do any Germans even cheddar at all? I have seen no sign of this (outside of the stores that has it to serve to us Auslanders).
It would be like saying "Bavarian Real Ale" or something. What I am trying to say is that by "Bavaria" they probably mean "Somerset".
