It’s time to accept that I’m never going to finish half the projects I’ve started and free up a bit of space...
Brakes:
Shimano XTR V brake - generally good condition, cable snug bolt threads had stripped and replaced with a nut and bolt rather than trying to re-tap them - £30
Shimano XTR V brake levers - good condition, some shifter rub on underside of the clamp hardly visible when fitted - £60
Shimano 105 rear caliper brake - good mechanical condition if not a bit dusty, pads have a bit of life left in them yet - £15
Avid BB7 MTN disc brake - never fitted, pads as new - £15
Paul Duplex lever (not pictured) - black, few scratches but mechanically sound, older style with built in barrel adjusters - £20
Tektro RL340 levers - hoods in good condition - SOLD!
Swissstop Flash Pro Green road/canti pads - Unused - £18
Tektro CR720 Canti brakes (not pictured) - bit grubby but mechanically sound, stem hanger and Surly seatclamp hanger included - £10Bars:
Salsa Moto Ace - 25.4 clamp, 660mm wide, 17deg sweep, finish has rubbed away where bags were strapped on - £10
Salsa Bell Lap - 26mm clamp, 44cm wide (+flare) - £10
Salsa Wood Chipper 2 - 31.8mm clamp, 46cm wide (+ huge flare) - bit of tape residue and a few scratches but otherwise in good condition - £30
Truvativ Stem - 31.8 clamp, 45mm long - £5Pedals:
MKS GR9 with double cages - spin nice, no play in axles - £15
MKS single cages (not pictured) - Large, single, silver cages, NJS stamped, leather shoe protectors in ok condition - £7
Time Aliums (2 pairs) - both pairs in fairly good condition, tiny bit of play in the axles, easy enough to pop new bushings/bearings to fix this - SOLD!
Time retro ATACs - both in good condition for their age, few scrapes and scratches from use - £25 eachLights:
Hope Vision 1 - SOLD!
Exposure Toro MK5 - Great light, lots of modes, will melt retinas - £150
Exposure Joystick MaXx - older model, 240 lumens on max - £50
Supernova E3 Pro dynamo light/rear light - bought of Jammy a few weeks ago but ended up with an Exposure Revo so these are surplus to requirements, front is 205 lumens and has the standard road lens making it legal to ride in Germany. Connectors fitted and heat-shrinked - £90Misc:
Middleburn disc hub - can be run with a regular QR or 20mm bolt through, 32h, bought second hand, laced up to a rim, then unlaced and sat in a box ever since - £30
Easton bar tape (red) - SOLD!
Fizik microtex - no idea where the other roll is! - £5
“Simplex” retrofriction downtube shifters - although these aren’t marked as Simplex, they’re identical to another set I have which are, screw caps are a bit scratched, some pitting but mechanically sound and will probably last another 30 years, full friction, up to 8 speed - £10
Truvativ FireX Cranks - 175 arms, 33t ring + bashring, 73mm GPX BB included, cranks and ring are in good condition with just a bit of heel rub, BB seems ok if not a bit gritty - £20
WTB Exiwolf 29x2.3” tyres (not pictured, pair) - only seen a couple of hundred KM, no punctures and hardly any wear (just a bit dusty) - £20 the pair
Schwalbe Landcruiser 700x35c tyres (not pictured, pair) - again these have only seen a couple of hundred KM, no punctured and still plenty of life left in them, reflective sidewalls - £15 the pair
Surly Dingle cog - 17/21t, unused - £25
Shimano 17t freewheel - it works but I don’t know how much life’s left in it, doesn’t make any noise when coasting, intermittent knocking sound when pedalling, good for a beater, removal pawls still in good nick so easy to replace when it does die - £5All photos here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/andrewkirsfelds/sets/72157645198989699/
If there's anything pictured but not listed, it's probably for sale but I've missed it, will add photos of the unpictured stuff later/tomorrow along with anything else I find.

For Sale Bob Griffin Frame Fork and Headset 52cm C-T
A beautiful, classic Guinness/chocolate brown hand built frameset with white decals from a small, sought after frame builder
Sold to me off this forum as being Reynolds 531 plain gauge tubing but I’m not so sure so don’t buy on this basis
No rust or dings but some small paint loss to top tube where I placed protective tape. It is down to the bare metal which is shiny and would easily touch up or tape over again otherwise generally good condition
52cmC-T
54cm TT
Nice long, semi horizontal drop outs, perfect for single-speed/fixed conversion or winter bike.
Braze-ons for one downtube shifter and one bottle cage mudguard eyes.
100mm deep fork dropouts
126mm rear, but works fine with both 120 track hubs and 130mm road spaced hubs.
1” threaded Tange headset, smooth
Will take 700cc wheels but the brakes will be at their lowest as I think it was originally equipped with 27” wheels

Looking for a few bits for my beater/commuter and pomp I am building for the gf.
- 1" fork of some description, threadless carbon would be my first choice, steel threaded fork would also suit but needs to be a bit racy (tight clearances to suit track bike). steerer for threaded would need to be about 190mm(can check exactly if you have something close) with some of that threaded obvs..., would need to be a bit longer if threadless. Cosmetic condition is not important, ratty is fine, but needs to be safe for a winter of commuting.
- Front wheel, something in good nick, with a brake surface, will pay a bit more for quality.
- Freewheel 19 or 20t, good nick is important as a new chain is going on it.
- Chainring bolts for singlespeed chainset x5
- Clip on racing bike mudguards

Any of you knows if Neil Orrell shop is stil active? I tried to contact him my e-mail for some decals without success.

Anybody got a saddle to sell for cheap before I head to the shops? I'm currently using a charge spoon which works ok but the material on the new model is rubbery and therefore grips clothing - bad design. So I'm looking for a saddle with a cutout and non grippy material to replace.

@Cacioricotta just get in touch with Atlantic Boulevard who will be able to sort them for you I reckon.
Neil is still at the shop but is more often than not very busy building frames and doing general shop work.
There is only him and his assistant running the place. -
• #6015
He is currently repairing a frame for me so is definitely active, but sometimes takes while to respond to emails. I am hoping to get some decals off him when I pick the frame up, he has plenty of bikes in his shop with his own decals on them so presume he has some.

That's Neil Shanklin, not Orrell surely?

I'm looking to use bits I've got to build up a cheap CX rear wheel that can serve for touring too. I have a hub and a rim lying around but as luck would have it they don't match so after...
either
a 130 oln, ie road, 36 hole, Shimano fit 8,9, 10 spd hub. In black would be ideal.or
a 32 hole, 700 rim that's reasonably strong and can take tyres around 32+ so probably internal width of 17 or 19mm.Thanks in advance...

I am selling some track stuff (photos here: https://flic.kr/s/aHsk5S4dQF )
Frameset: 56cm Planet X Pro carbon track frameset, with fork (FYI not drilled for a brake), FSA headset, seatpost and Planet X saddle. Also included is a Token 165cm crankset, with Token BB and 48t chainring, a pair of 42cm c-c endurance bars and a generic 110mm stem. There are a few scratches on the frame but it's been well looked after and never seen the wet. £300 SOLD.
Also got three wheelsets:
Pair of bomb-proof V-Sprint training wheels, built by the great Jim Varnish. They are heavy but well built and true with a decent pair of Miche hubs which should last for years. Only ever used indoors or on outdoor tracks in the dry. The braking surface isn't machined so I'd be careful with riding these on the road with brakes (i.e. I wouldn't). £80 SOLD.
Pair of Planet X track wheels. Deep 82mm carbon tubular rims on Planet X track hubs. There is a Continental Tempo on the front and a Continental Sprinter on the rear, both 22mm. Again, only ridden indoors or on outdoor tracks in the dry. The rims do have a braking surface on them so you could run these on the road. £300 SOLD
Front Corima four spoke with a Vittoria Pista Evo CS 19mm tub (indoor only on those tubs). Bearings are great and the wheel runs straight and true. Also looks totally sex. £250 SOLD
Rear Corima disk, again with a Vittoria Pista Evo CS 19mm tub. Few odd dinks on the disk but structurally sound and a brilliant entry level disk. £250 SOLD
Based in DE45. Any questions, just ask. Cheers!

Bit of a long shot but does anyone have...
Avid 0mm IS adapter
Left hand flat-bar road brake lever (proper lever, not cross top things)
Rear standard 57mm drop brake -
• #6022
I think I have a 57mm drop brake without a barrel adjuster you could have but I'd have to get back to you tomorrow about that as I'd have to check and I'm away.
