Did you order any of these? I ordered 25.4 and they are actually 26.4 ! Planet X are claiming they may be in the wrong bag but that makes no sense, especially as older Cinelli were 26.4.. I've asked them to measure any they have left in stock, waiting for a callback but they didn't seem to keen to help so not holding my breath
