p.s. I don't think I've ever seen anyone racing around RP. Seen plenty of people going moderately quickly, but never particularly dangerously or aggressively.

Why "tweed-wearing" ramblers particularly? Do they not frighten ramblers wearing nylon cagoules, Spiderman outfits, nothing? Which roadies, come to think of it, have you ever seen wearing "body armour"?
