Hi Phil, here's my rationale:
New Parts
£814.95 - 20% (£162.99) = £651.96Old Parts
£646.71 - 50% (£323.36) = £323.36Total
£975I'm planning a three-week bike tour along the Baltic Coast and into Denmark mid-next year so to make this possible I really can't go lower than this already reasonable number.
Absolutely beautiful, responsive and comfortable; a 5-Speed Tempo that could easily switch in between that and single speed.
[PHOTOS TO BE ADDED SHORTLY - still currently at the Condor workshop in order to maintain unused parts' brand newness]
Colour: Slate
Sizes: 55cm (I am 180cm/5'11'' tall and I find it very comfortable)
Frame weight: 1900g (painted)
Fork weight: 580g
Fits up to 28mm tyres
The original price was just over £1400.
Reason for the bike being over 60% brand new is due to a successful insurance claim after a very minor crash. The forks had a small hairline fracture and the frame had a superficial scratch; the rest of the new pieces were added as a formality; and the remaining components were unaffected and signed off by the Condor mechanic.

Here's Condor's spiel:
"Pure functionality combined with Condor's unmistakably clean design. It’s everything a fixie should be, and then everything a good road bike should be too. Using tubing and geometry inherited from the Fratello, the Tempo is simple, comfortable and built to last. Forward facing dropouts allow you to remove the rear wheel even when mudguard and rack equipped."
