I bought this recently to use as my pub bike but really it's too small for me. It's a "Townsend" brand bike. Specs as follows:
52cm Reynolds 531 frame
Shimano 105 cranks
Exage mechs
Modern Tektro brakes
Modern wheels with Schwalbe tyres
It's in generally good condition with the usual scuffs to the paint, but I don't think there are any major dents in the frame. The gears change smoothly and the brakes are effective. The only issue worth mentioning is that the shifters are indexed for 6 speed and the cassette is 7 speed. I've currently got the limit screws set so it's indexed across the top 6 gears, but if you wanted the full range of the cassette you just can use the shifters in friction mode.
I'm after WITHDRAWN for the bike.
Would prefer collection from Oxford. I live close to one of the stops for the Oxford Tube/X90 coach which goes from Victoria (and a few other stops within London) and costs about £11 for a return.
