Not seen those before, but it has a warranty... but you don't know what that's worth. I'd stay away from that because asides from looking a bit shit, it's got the sort of 'style'over substance 'features' that shit products use to attract unknowing punters.
Personally I'd look for a 2nd hand bike and then replace parts as they wear. My top choice would be an on-one pompino. Decent clearance, mounts for mudguards and racks, cheap. Dolan are also cheap and decent so they should be available 2nd hand at a decent price as are the alu Specialized Langsters. Charge Plugs are pretty sturdy and came with basic, but sensible parts new. Basically any popular bikes sold by Evans.
Also if you can push your budget go £200 it should give you more options. Classifieds on here are a good bet and people are likely to comment if someone is selling a pile of shit.
