I think I have a set of decent alloy Shimano ones I can send you for postage, will need to check if they have pads, not sure if I have a yoke, cables, fixing bolts. Basically these are spares in my parts bin, too good to throw but if I can't rustle up all the bits you'd probably be better off buying new as they aren't that expensive.
