Hello everyone,
My little brother wants to build his own trackbike or convert a roadbike to fixed. I promised him to help him search for a frame. He doesn't have much money.I think 160 pounds max. for a frame or road bike.
Frame must be 56cm.
We're based in Amsterdam.
Thanks so much in advance! (Also other tips for cheap but good parts for him are welcome :D )
