pake do 61 cm steel frames for not too much money. they're nothing fancy, but nice and solid and good for cutting about. slave potential with the right parts too i reckon

i have a steel windsor the hour i've had forever. just got a new fork as i bent the 3rd fork on it with my last accident. steel is real and all, but i want something to compliment my rat.

All I can says is to concentrate on the stack and reach, track frame generally longer than road bicycle as a rules, a 54cm track frame have the reach of a 56cm.
This Goldsprint might be able to fit you, they come up to 66cm, and base on a classic road/track geometry (standard head/seat tube angle, but with track fork).
@apollo have a tig welded modern version of the track frame above, and he's a freak of nature.

You certain? a lots of track geo frame I look up tend to be around 10-15mm longer than similar sized road bicycle.

They're usually the same or a little shorter. Dolan's are not normal!
Not sure why. Perhaps because they're ridden only on the drops.
