Queensgate shopping centre in Peterborough
Blimey, I used to go there before/after going Ice Skating (the only reason we ever went to Pooborough). It was shit 25 years ago, can't imagine what it'd be like now.
Don't eat doughnuts now. They bypass the off switch; one leads to many which leads to corpulence.

Went to a Northern Soul all-nighter but was arrested for criminal damage and missed it: squirting washing-up liquid in one of the centre's fountains.
Impressive bubbles though...

When I was a kid we used to get dragged to the Queensgate shopping centre in Peterborough, which is a shit hole in a shit hole. A black hole of shitness. Anyway, the best thing about Queensgate shopping centre was (maybe still is?) a doughnut shop that cooked the doughnuts on a conveyor belt in the window. Ring doughnuts only (3/10, could try harder), but still so magical to watch.
