Ah I was just surprised at your comment earlier, I didn't realise you were a recognised authority in the field of cycle training.
Hows the white single speed with the rear brake caliper that didn't work/was loose it was nearly falling off doing?
Are you still riding around like that or have you decided against having to book a appointment with the dentist to have them put all of your teeth back in?
