  • i like the nautilus

    i saw a few in hatton garden last week when i went to see my watch man, he said they only appreciate
    was in Bahnhofstrasse in zurich last year , and saw an overweight older arab type and his security team get an after hours private viewing at the patek store, the security looked naughty, and one was positioned outside by the entrance whilst others went in side and looked after the motors
    my man in the garden said the rolex explorer was a good buy, under priced relative to the other sports models the brand has at mo, and if bought well will have room to appreciate once demand grows

  • Don't really like the Nautilus. If I was ever in a position where I could afford a Patek it would have to be a really classy Calatrava or something with a ridiculous complication.

    And that Explorer is fugly, this tho...

  • I always think the 'busier' Nautilus', like the moon phase and chrono look the best and prefer the AP Royal Oak for plain faces.
