It's not a general offer, only if you click through on the email, by the looks of it. I just went through that way and got a tenner off a new headset.
T&C includes this: You may participate in (and hereby receive the benefit of) the Promotion (as an “Eligible Customer”) only if PayPal has sent you an email inviting you to do so.

@umop3pisdn just tried it and it didn't work...
as in on the receipt and my PP it still says the checkout amount
