Pacenti have a worrying habit of pulling apart at low spoke counts. My friend Neil has had 3 rims replaced under warranty now, as his spokes keep ripping though the rim. I was tempted by the Superstars too, but haven't been able to get them to confirm a spoke lacing thusfar. I'm a good 10kg lighter than him, but would still like a 28 rear with that knowledge.
No comment on the Superstar hubs, wouldn't be surprised if they are Novatec, or at least made in the same place.

My wheel dilema - superstar pacenti SL23 on superstar hubs, or spokesman archetypes on novatec. Any thoughts which people would go for? I need the 11 speed and like the sound of wider rims, otherwise open to suggestions
