Aeropress is best for one <250ml cup of coffee. I don't know how much coffee a 'scoop' is but you only want 15-17g per 220-250ml. (17g of ground coffee dumped into the Aeropress is about an inch high, 240ml water on top takes it to near the top so you have to stir real carefully).

But then you have to be one of those people who makes coffee with scales. As someone who makes coffee with scales I can tell you that this is a large albatross hanging around your neck. It is also a jobstopper like hand tattoos.
Just dropped £12 on a bag of El Salvadorian Roxanita Chalatenago from Square Mile. Looked great in the aeropress and tasted excellent. Used four scoops to try and make 2 cups but there wasn't much coffee after I pressed it. Filled it with water above the number four but it was hard to stir it all up. Any ideas how to get a bit more liquid out? Less coffee more water perhaps...
