This happened just a few times, it usually happens when breathing out from the mouth while stationary, just use the nose for a couple of seconds and all comes back clear.
There must be as well some lens treatment to avoid completely the foggy encounter... not sure tho.
I really like those glasses, the only Oakley that fits my face and they can be used all year long (days and nights).

That look like it'll solve the problem of water inside the lens, however does it fog up when you stop at a traffic light?
