Ever tried putting an already wet wetsuit on as a young lad in the middle of nowhere on the West Coast of Ireland, with a group of 20+ other younger lads and nothing to shield you from the gazes of similarly vunerable young girls?
They were in the same situation though, swings and roundabouts.

Struggled today, very sore and tired...was at work but very little got done!
4 hours 11 mins was my time, found it as hard if not harder than when I did the London Marathon

Good Morning...no apologies for this one, it's for a great cause...
Five years ago we lost my Grandad John to a horrible disease called oesophageal cancer that affects the gullet / food pipe.
In 2012 I completed the London Marathon and raised £1000 for Ochre which is a charity dedicated to fundraising for the cure of this aggressive and highly difficult to cure form of cancer…
This year, my sister and I are going to be conquering the South London Spartan Beast – an obstacle course over a half marathon distance!!
It will be a tough challenge and we’d love to raise plenty of sponsorship, so anything you can spare would be greatly appreciated.
