I was referring to the general use of small front wheels to lower the stack height of the frame without otherwise changing the layout.
I'm not even sure that Bianchi is supposed to have a small front wheel, the angles and BB drop suggest that it's a lash-up. Rotate your screen 5° anticlockwise and tell me a doesn't look a million times better.
