I can't find SRAM S700 in stock online but from the few links I did stumble across it looks a bit too pricey for me.

Our distributor have them in stock, so they're already out there.

Make sure you order the Shimano non-organic pads for the HY/RD, that's the only major complaint I had with it (a new rotor helped, but the pads should make a better difference).

Can't remember exactly, they're sold individually, they're not exactly cheap (much cheaper in 'Murica).

Will double check tomorrow.
