I just bought one of these last week. Quality is as good as any other I've come across, and better than a few. Has a decent sealed tip. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/371131781126
Cheap and dead quick delivery, but one thing to note was that the greys are very differen in the pictures, varying between light and dark. I e-mailed the guy saying I wanted a light one and which of the pictures was accurate. He said it'd be light, but when it arrived it was very dark.

Quality just as good, next day delivery and only marginally more expensive.
Avoid the ones from RLT. They're shit.
