Having upgraded the LOOK to 11 Record shifters and Chorus rear mech and cassette I'm absolutely delighted. Carbon is way grippier than alu as a lever material, I can descend in the drops very comfortably, the shifting is perfect, really easy to dial in and always finds the right sprocket. Being able to sweep across the whole cassette in two moves is still rad. The 11 speed KMC chain runs perfectly on 10 speed rings and front mech too... now I need a winter bike.
