Stolen today in Cavendish Square at rear of John Lewis 11:00 to 13:00. Bastards cut cable locks and took Mrs NLLs Condor Pista which is pretty much as pictured here but with a change of saddle and left my XB3 track iron. At least they have some taste the theiving pricks

I'll be at Brick Lane tomorrow early to scout the skanky sellers. but in the meantime here are full details

Bloke wants to nick bike that has had its front wheel removed, so he takes another front wheel from another bike nearby.

Weirdly of all the "posh bikes" on sale they want to shift this one faster than the others and state it's worth 4k...

Two thieves operating on East Dulwich Road just now. On black Vespa, white yoofs, hoods, popo informed. Didn't get away with anything. Batten down the hatches people.

Posting on behalf a friend who had her bike nicked on Friday night, whilst locked-up outside the Montague Arms in New Cross.

A black (up close more like a very dark blue) Vitus 979 frame, with the grub screw seat post clamp, Mavic rims with Blue and black Schwalbe blizzard sport tyres and an Exage group set with white and black levers, black bar tape, and blueish black callipers and a black turbo saddle. A small frame, stamped 51cm ctt (stamped 49 ctc I think).
Only built up a few weeks ago and hadn't photographed it, but the frame is just like this one, same yellow decals on the top tube (but mine had mounts for just one bottle holder)

If anybody sees it around or for sale on ebay, gumtree etc then please drop me a PM and I'll forward it to my friend. Thanks!

My girlfriend's very distinctive Brooks B17-S got stolen from outside The South London Gallery about an hour ago. Honey coloured with copper rivets... and I'm willing to bet it's the only one in town with the word "NORKY" embossed across the back:

Aside from being a very nice saddle, it also has a lot of sentimental value for her.

Nice to see an honest person! Did you check the frame for any stickers or identification tags? I found a bike abandoned once, and was able to track down the owner this way. Ultimately, it ended up with me keeping the bike because he'd intentionally abandoned it for scrap, but still, it put my mind at rest.

The peugeot is now locked outside Kennington police station, which won't open until monday. I will unlock it on monday morning and leave a note explaining the situation.

Need to know if anyone has lost a turqouise Gazelle champion mondial before I hand it in to the police....seemed very suspect, although possible someone really did abandon it....
