    (first of all sorry for my english, i'm from austria and still learning the language)

    I have browsed the web for reviews about Pelizzoli, thats the reason and I landed here.

    I ordered a Pelizzoli Leggenda frame (The Day I Paid the Doposit)

    At first I was very pleased with the communication, all questions were answered in a very short time.
    Simona told me it will take about 8 weeks until the frame get's painted, then aprox. 2 weeks for Shipping.

    That was before i paid.
    After that, every Answer took at least a few Day's most of them 2-3 Weeks or even longer...

    So, first of all:
    No confirmation that the money has arrived.
    No order id. Nothing.
    A few questioning emails later simona replied :

    sorry for the delay in communications but we are in the process of moving to new premises
    I wanted to confirm you the order ID number PW4 XXX
    Use it everytime you want to get information about

    At this Point I thought it might be a stupid coincidence.

    Two and a half months later I ask how long it approximately takes until the frame is finished.
    Because she told me "...8weeks + 2shipping..."
    No reply.
    10 emails and 3 weeks later the answer of simona:

    hello!
    in Italy is holiday time and I can not send you pictures of your frame as it is in filings and the filer is on holiday until 08/24/2014
    THEREFORE will be returned as soon as operationally we will send you detailed pictures of your frame
    Unfortunately, before the move and then the holidays have Slowed dramaticaly

    OK, a week after the "filer" should be back from his vacation I asked again: (how long...etc.)
    the answer two weeks later

    another 23408234 emails (and no answer) later i didn't care anymore.
    I just wanted an Answer.

    Then (1Month later!)I've recived this mail:

    sorry for the delay in replying but I have been wrong
    your frame is ready in the afternoon I'll send you photos

    Of course i do NOT received photos in the afternoon!
    I was so busy that Week so i didn't had the time to email back,
    but the same week (on a Saturday)

    Your frame is as ready as you can see from the attached photos
    I ask you to send me your full address with phone number for shipping ....

    I was super happy and transferred the second half on the same day,
    and just asked when the package is shipped.

    answer again two weeks later:

    25.09.14
    hello
    your frame is already packed
    Unfortunately, we had problems with the carrier for the shipping I changed courier and tomorrow
    should go to pick up your package will keep updated

    Yesterday: 07.08.14
    I asked again because I still didn't receive my frame or a shipping number..
    And of Course: no Answer yet!

    I think when the frame arrives. everything is going to be great and wonderful.
    And i Still think that the Guys at Pelizzoli doing a great Job.
    However, I find it rude how they communicate with people.
    (Obviously i'm not the only one)
    I do not care if I have to wait a bit longer, but I dont want to get strange excuses which are obviously not true.

    maybe this helps other people with there decision to order from Pelizzoli.

    I'll keep you posted.

    PS: Sorry if all of this Sounds a little bit Stupid, but my English isnt that good so far.
