Too many idiots who can't be trusted around other cyclists. I feel safer surrounded by cars than the squeaking, swerving, spraying, slipping chartreuse cloud of malignancy that was the CS7 this morning.
I simply never have to deal with the sheer volume of cuntfuckery you get in London, but I find other cyclist's more unpredictable than traffic. Getting past one can be a real challenge of both talent and dumb luck. An MTBer decided he wanted to stay ahead of me yesterday on my way home down a cycle path, which was both narrow and twisty. It wasn't until we got back on the road that I tried to pass him and even then he managed to get in the way at a right hand turn. He did actually apologise and invited me through, and it was only then I realised how hard he was blowing. Must have been been at his limit trying to stay ahead. Much lulz
