Ha! I know, The Deaf Institute is fairly fitting, isn't it?

The voting goes towards one vote out of six. There are five judges, so even if I win the public vote I have to bribe... I mean impress the other judges.
To be honest, I'm just happy to be nominated. If I win... well, I'll think about it then. Just going to enjoy the night!

One thing I'm struggling with - which story to read. I quite fancy reading Static as it's a proper monologue. Still, I want to entertain the crowd.
Any ideas, anyone? Got an opinion of which story would sound best read to an audience?

That one passes the time limit test, but it's a bit bleak. The missus will be there, and I don't want her to think I'm close to killing myself or something.
I reckon it'll either be 'Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood' or one of my favourites, 'Help The Aged'. It's a monologue, no other characters. Doing voices on stage might sound a bit weird, maybe.
