Looks like a handmade fillet brazed frame, doesn't compare to a Leader nor a Boardman - It's much better.
Goldtec hubs are decent; wheelsets have sold on here £150 - £200 alone (condition and build dependent)
£400- £450 isn't crazy money for this, just a better ad and pics would assist a sale.
