Frame is fairly small measuring at 53cm seat tube and 55cm top tube
Reynolds 531
Shimano Exage Action full groupset

Frame is in immaculate condition with no rust or dings/dents.

The spacing is 126oln and I'm not sure what you mean by c-c or c-t? If c-c is centre to centre then that's how I measured both top tube and seat tube individually!
