Nuovo Record RD hairline crack - safe?

Hi,

Just noticed a hairline crack in the cage on my NR. Any ideas on whether it's safe to ride, or is it likely to explode!?

Crack is where the cage screws to the main body.

lines starting with a 'greater than' denote quoted text

ride it and if it breaks its broken.

just replace that part of the derailleur and off you go, good as new

Yeah, you're not wrong. If it breaks it'll definitely be broken..
