ktoi, not exactly sure sorry as I got this second hand......but having a look at some older ultra galaxy bikes it looks similar to the 2009 (ish) era frames. Someone else might be able to help out? If so there is a chance this frame is 853?

had a potential buyer pull out of the sale, so this is still here.....they agreed that this is probably 853 steel, so pretty high end touring frame here...ideal for a winter build!
