Sort the forks out, and is it a drum rear or disc? Brembo front caliper? Which ever use the honda oe pads as they are cheap and better than the rest.

Drum rear, nissin front, forks ok not leaking at all. Don't mind drum rear. Whole bike feels good aside from the guy before me put on some shitty mini indicators, and the half job put a pair of old indicators under the saddle instead of wiring them properly, found loads of exposed cable junctions but for now just secured everything and covered with leccy tape.

After almost 3 years off the bike, picked up an N reg CB500 today, really wanted to go for. Cb600f or cbf600 but as I'll be using it for commuting over winter, thought they were a bit shiny. Rode about 70 miles back on the cb500 and really enjoyed it, quicker than I was expecting to be honest, should do the job nicely, and I love the understated looks.
