Yeah, it's not difficult to do but you should definitely do it ASAP. Ceramic is so much nicer.
To make it even easier, you can use silicone spray (not any other oil based lubricants!) and spray it on and under the bezel. Keep rotating / spraying and eventually it should slide the insert right out. The spray has accelerants in it which will dissolve the glue holding the bezel in place.
Just make sure you clean it out with water before sticking on the new bezel!

In other news, i should be getting discount information on Black Bays, Pelagos and Rolex Explorers in the next week or so. The more I look at the explorer, the more i want one.
