  • Sounds like you keep going from one extreme to the other - bound to fail.
    Make smaller changes and/or try not to fit so much exercise in combined with fasting.

    Fuck fasting.

  • Not really, I've stayed near enough the same weight (68-69kg) for 6 months. I just stopped caring about what I ate about a month ago, which needs to stop as its just not that healthy.
    I like control.

    Fasting is good.

    My lowest weight was, in retrospect, too low. I'm not going as extreme as it sounds up there, but just proper, and sensible control, which currently I lack.

    Fuck diets.
