  • Any suggestions for healthy stuff to snack on? Mainly for when I'm bored in the office and would normally reach for a bag of crisps or something?

Also, on a separate note, Tabata training, does it work for weight loss? Seems a bit too good to be true.

  • I'm all about the dried mango for a mid-morning snack. Tesco make teeny tiny portion bags (3 for £2) of them which keeps you from wolfing down too much. Quite a lot of natural sugar but fine if you only have one a day I reckon. Tesco also sell snack portions of salt and peppered mixed nuts which are like CRACK but again only in a wee little box so you can't go crazy and overindulge.

Obviously it would be cheaper to buy in bulk and make the portion packs myself but ain't nobody got time for that...

I do this and I can recommend it. I've got an irredeemable sweet tooth so I use nuts and raisins / cranberries etc with a small amount of chocolate chips stuffed into one of these little pots: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sistema-Yogurt-Storage-Pots-With/dp/B00JUNPEXQ

I used to get Graze boxes delivered to work and these things are kind of like DIY Graze boxes but without the chance of getting duff ones delivered and also without paying 3 quid a pop for a tiny punnet of seeds.

    Preda Forest-Feast or GTFO.

Srsly - once you've had them, any other dried mango tastes & feels like cardboard.
