  • No response from the Handtec Returns department so I emailed them and now they've just replied with

    "I am sorry to hear of the issue. I advise you to contact Garmin regarding the matter as this is a faster and cost effective method. If they are unable to assist you, kindly contact us. "

    What the actual fuck? These batteries are shit house compared to my old one. Anyone have a handy sale of goods act I can wave at them?

    They were ordered on Sep 1 or 2nd - how long do you get with distance selling to demand a full refund because goods aren't as advertised?
