Thought I'd stumbled into the comment is free section of the guardian for a minute there.

I'd say if you want to like them, then just do. But if you like what they're doing but really can't take the macho attitude, you've got two choices:

• either try working with them & then change them from the inside
  
• or set up your own thing doing the same stuff as them but with better posters
