Beloved Sanders jodhpur boots have started to crack above the welt in the ball/instep area.
Can this be repaired by a cobbler? I'd hate to have to bin these boots, which have given four years of good service. They are polished every time I wear them, have shoe trees in when they are not being worn, and had new soles last winter.
I'm trying to post a picture, but for some reason the system won't allow it this evening.
