Hey guys, I've been messaging a guy on ebay about a surly karate monkey frame. He is selling his entire rig for £425 and I offered 190 for the f+f (very low ball) and he's saying £250 or 300 for a rolling chassis (only problem is the wheels are single speed only). Am I being ripped off? This is without postage by the way, here's the lot:
