^yep did a quick check and its 2.4mb so unless there are any other size restrictions such as pixels it should be ok? Not working on the laptop either. I assume its an issue with the pic otherwise it would not let me post at all?

What format is the image?

All should be fine, but there are some edge cases where there's not a lot we can do. Notably things like progressive PNGs that use an alpha, some animated PNGs, and the more esoteric palettes in GIF files can cause issues.
