My roadie pal still is keen to come up and join in on his own. I take it everyone will play nice regardless

the bridges rides are always friendly so he'll be fine.

just make sure he knows how to get back from kew by himself as the ride tends to dissipate quickly at the end and just in case no one is heading his way home he might need to know where he's going.

First ride I did with the forum was a Bridges. Didn't know anyone either on the forum or IRL. Asked if it would be cool to do it on a MTB, people said yes, I did, and it was cool. It's a social ride, bring beer and everyone will be friendly.

Bring lots of beer.
