  • Hungover
    2 cups of coffee (black decaf, no sugar)
    3 weetabix for breakfast
    50km round Richmond Park
    1pt of Saino's chocolate milk (for energy + protein)
    1 x 750ml bidon of orange squash
    2 x 750ml bidon of water + nuun electrolyte tablets
    30 minute swim

    I am a little hungry right now (and probably still dehydrated).
