Spotted some belm on a stickered up orange fixie with fluoro helmet and helmet mirror and other miscellaneous hi-vis gear. He was pootling along Victoria Park Road when I passed him with the rest of the traffic. Then he just went straight through the red light at the junction with Mare Street. Not sure if he heard my "Safety first" comment through his headphones...
