To be honest I've only flirted with the idea of custom as its quite hard to find this type of frame otp. There are modern steel bikes of course, but most appear to be street orientated, likely as alu or carbon is a superior material for racing.

There is victoire cycles but Rychtarski would be cheaper .. I am selling a road frame if you are keen.
@Captain_P has had really positive experiences with them, there is a guy in WW forum who just got a 3rd Rychtarski made.

Yea saw that on ebay, does he only make out of max?? Not interested in a road frame cheers man.
Surprised not to find a thread here already about custom steel frame builders. Im looking for a modern track frame (ahead, 1 1/8 etc) which is fast and stiff, preferably with aero tubing. Primary uses will be track and tt. Currently using an aluminium bike, but prefer steel. Also looking not to spend an absolute fortune, rychtarski seems good. Just wandering what other peoples experiences have been, what frame builder they have used, tubing used and any advice.
