when i referred to 'garden centre' that was actually a joke !
the jig there must be the one ribble used to use on their steel bikes
suggest taking it to your local snooker centre and using one of their tables for assembly.

The MDF is the frame jig, Even tho it says one time use...
You need specific kind of bamboo, garden centres do not stock the correct bamboo. A quick google comes up with the bamboo bicycle club....this may need investigating.
