Hi! I am Romet from Tallinn, Estonia and my problem is pretty old, but I haven't lost all hope yet.
About 2 years ago I found out that there is a Polish bike company bearing my name. Even cooler than that, is that they made track frames back in the day.
Obviously I started looking for a frame for myself. Here I stumbled upon someones project of the perfect frame. It had a detail that I haven't seen on any Romet frames. The ends of the seat stays had 'romet' pantographed on them. Anyway I immediately contacted the owner Marcin Amon Rokicki aka 1000archangels.

The owner was actually very willing to sell it so I payed him and he posted the package and I was very excited. Unfortunately there wasn't a tracking number, so I just had to wait. After a month or so still without my frame I started to investigate. Somehow I found out that the frame was here in Estonia, but the shipping company couldn't get a hold of me or smth so it was sent back to London. Well as absurd as it sounds these things happen I guess and mr. Marcin was very willing to send the stuff to me again. I also found a stem and handlebars from this forum and had the seller and Marcin meet up in London, so Marcin could add the stuff to the frame to save some shipping costs. Class A lad in my book. Well, that all happened a long time ago and Marcin hasn't still answered any of my messages.
I contacted a friend of him (LFGSS user: tom15xw) and they spoke and Marcin was going to contact me, but still nothing.
tom15xw suggested I write here, so that's what I'm doing.
Is there anyone who could talk some sense into him?
I'd love to get my stuff or at least get my money back.
Okay, here goes.
