Picture with a story - a snap of graffiti on one of the last houses in Berlin's former working-district Prenzlauer Berg (now home to the bourgeoisie) that has not yet received the "gentrification-renovation" work.
Basically everybody who lives there will have to move out, as they will not be able to pay the rent once it's renovated.
I had a real good talk with a 80-year-old lady that lived on that block all her life, who approached me while taking the picture - she prays to god they'll leave her house (a bit further down the road) alone until she dies, as she would otherwise have no choice but move to pretty rough neighbourhoods far out where it's still cheap.
