This was 210-ish miles on 28c Randonneurs at 100psi. I had spasms in my hands, particularly thumbs for a few days afterwards but I think much of that was down to my bar/hoods setup being slightly off.
Couldn't really fault the bike itself, even outside of its normal working conditions.
100psi! you don't really need to pump it that high with 28mm tyres, only 23mm.
If you're doing long ride again, I would get some lightweight tyres and run the pressure a lots lower, touring tyres like the rando felt like shit when you run it at a lower pressure.
I feel for you.
I did the 100 miles mark with that fork, but with 23mm Gatorskins at 120psi.
Lesson fucking learnt.
