Genuine MAX, smooth (usually 0° rake, I guess any visually straight-bladed forks built with this crown are actually curved blades which are curved just very slightly):

The Merckx MAX fork crown was actually NOT the original MAX-- and not even the original as used by Merckx in his MAX frames (to be distinguished from the MX-Leader/MXL frames that followed)
