I'm pretty sure that special bike crossing heading south from Wellington St gives you a green bike straight into a red light at the pedestrian crossing. I assume you're supposed to cross and then loiter in the road there until it goes green but loads of people seem to think "green bike for me! green bike for me! get out of my way!!!"
